We currently ship orders within Lithuania and selected European Union countries.

– Lithuania: 2–4 business days  
– European Union: 3–10 business days

**Shipping costs**  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

**Order tracking**  
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

**Delays**  
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

**Incorrect address**  
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products (non-alcoholic beverages), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, unsealed, or are no longer suitable for resale.
